Unknown means Wagr could not read or validate the source. Unknown is never silently converted to operational.
Sources and independence
Epic Games data comes from Epic's official public status feed. Steam and CS2 use limited official Steam Web API signals. Valve does not publish an equivalent dashboard covering every Steam and CS2 component.
